KEPERLUAN :

TOURIST VISA :

1. Fill in the visa application form
2. Newest photo with a white background, size 3.5 x 4.5 = 2 cadar, photos must be printed on photo paper with good quality and clear appearance.
3. Passport and photocopy of passport (identity page, visa / immigration stamp of other countries that have been visited and the back page / official notes).
4. Current Account Statement for the last 3 months and original Bank Reference Letter.
5. Attach minimum of 2 (two) of the options below:
   
   • Slip Salary for the past 3 bulan
   • SPT 1721 A1/A2 or SPT 1720
   • Credit card usage for the past 3 bulan
   • BPKB Car Letter
   • House certificate
6. Job Certificate and Sponsor Letter from the company where the applicant works (dalam Bahasa Inggeris, typed and using company’s letterhead).
7. Student Certificate and Student Identity Card (dalam Bahasa Inggeris, typed and using company’s letterhead).
8. Photocopy of (SIUP) from the company where the applicant works.
9. Photocopy of Annual Tax Return (SPh PPh 21) paid by the company where the applicant works (if there is no tax return required to make a statement do not have a tax return and attach the last 3 months salary slip).
10. Photocopy of Family Card, Marriage Certificate / Marriage Book, Birth Certificate, DAN LAIN-LAIN, Office ID Card and Business Card.
11. Start from 08 Januari 2021, South Korean Embassy doesn’t need PCR test result from applicant.
12. This because there will be PCR test for applicant when they arrive and leave quarantine in South Korea
13. So applicant will have total 3 PCR tests, one in Jakarta which only valid maximum 72 hours before leaving to South Korea, and two times at South Korea when they arrive and leave the quarantine
14. For applicants who applying for a short-term visa (within 90 hari) or a long-term visa (more than 91 hari), they must submit a complete the Health Condition Report Form and a letter of approval to do quarantine in South Korea
15. For applicant who stays more than 91 days at South Korea must include the Certificate of TB Test Form which can get it from Hospital designated by the Embassy

NOTES :

• If the visa applicant is a housewife, retired or not working, should attach a working certificate of his spouse who is still working or attach a visa application letter personally (typed and stamped 6000) and is equipped with proof of SK Pension or Work Experience Letter from the previous employer.
• All Embassies of the Republic of Korea around the world will no longer issue visa labels, as of July 1, 2020. See the details and guidelines here
• All these attachments must be included when applicant applies South Korea Visa application, if there is an attachment that is lacking or not in accordance with the Embassy, the applicant will be asked to complete the document.
• After apply, Embassy will conduct interview about your health and etc.
• Visa will be processed for 14 business days after complete documents received by the Embassy

BUSINESS VISA :

1. Fill in the visa application form
2. Newest photo with a white background, size 3.5 x 4.5 = 2 cadar, photos must be printed on photo paper, good print quality and clear appearance.
3. Passport and photocopy of passport (identity page, visa / immigration stamp of other countries that have been visited and the back page / official notes).
4. Inviter (Korean company) :
   
   • Surat jemputan / Surat Undangan
   • Guarantee Letter / Surat Jaminan
   • Photocopy of Trading Business License (SIUP)
   • Proof of Tax Report from the Inviting Company
   • Export – Import documents, related to cooperation with invited parties
   • Photocopy of Invitation (Passport / ID Card / Other Korean Identity)
5. Invited Parties (Indonesian Companies) :
   
   • Certificate of Work (dalam Bahasa Inggeris, typed and letterhead)
   • Sponsor Letters and Guarantees (dalam Bahasa Inggeris, typed and letterheaded)
   • Photocopy of Trading Business License (SIUP) where the applicant works
   • Photocopy of Annual Tax Letter (SPT PPh 21) paid by the Company
   • Company’s current account for the last 3 bulan
   • Photocopy of Family Card, Marriage Certificate / Marriage Book, Birth Certificate, National Identity Card, Office ID Card and Business Card

Nota :

1. Visa will be processed for 14 business days after complete documents received by the Embassy.
2. For business visa must attach :
   
   • Invitation on company letterhead from Korea
   • Company’s license in Korea
   • Working contract agreement between companies in Indonesia and companies in Korea
3. Money will not be returned when applicant already agree to apply and the Embassy received the documents whether it successful or not.
4. The success of submitting a visa is the full authority of the Embassy.
5. Visa prices and document requirements can change without prior notice according to the Embassy.
